Doug Haywood

Doug is an artist living in East London creating sculpture, objects and installation, influenced and informed by the visual language and aesthetics of his immediate surroundings and community. He is particularly interested in the dialogue between public authoritative signage and detritus of urban regeneration with the accumulated communal tags and graffiti marks of the city’s inhabitants and weathered decay.
